For thicknesses below 20 mm, no high‑frequency heat treatment is required – simplifying production and reducing costs.
Maximum achievable width: 80 mm
This method is perfect for heavy‑duty applications that demand greater strength and larger cross‑sections. The wound construction provides excellent structural integrity, and we can tailor the pitch and diameter to your exact specifications.
3. Single‑Pitch, Segmented Equal‑Thickness Stamped Blades
Maximum thickness: 50 mm
Each segment is individually stamped to ensure precise geometry and uniform thickness across the entire pitch. This approach offers maximum flexibility for customised, low‑to‑medium volume orders or for blades with very large thicknesses that cannot be produced by other methods.
